The Trailblazers program helped me tremendously in shaping my research vision and how to communicate it. I attended as a grad student and I hadn't thought too much about the process of faculty applications and developing a short-to-long term vision. The program gave me practical advice on these topics (of which I still think of right now as faculty!) and helped me familiarize myself with visits to other universities
